Super strong braided steel covered with seamless PVC, rust resistant, easy to clean. 10 feet long (3 meters), it's long enough for dogs to stay outside so you don't always have to watch your dog. Construction: The tether is constructed with a heavy duty braided steel cable coated with a thick durable PVC sleeve. This can be secured around a tree or post, secured to a stake or any suitable anchor point.
