Repetitive movements can damage the muscles and tendons attached to the elbow, causing pain and swelling. Compression can help reduce this pain, allowing you to perform better and for longer, while helping the recovery process.How to wear the elbow strap:1. Open the brace. Slide the brace up the arm until the tendon compression pad is about 1 inch (2 cm) below the elbow joint.2. Place the tendon compression pad of the elbow brace facing outwards (in the case of tennis elbow) or inwards (in the case of golfer's elbow)3. Secure it with Velcro, but do not over tighten4.
