Place the protractor on a turntable with holes in the spindle. 2. Move the head/arm until the needle is right in the center of the bull's eye. (120.9 mm/4.8in radius). Check that the cartridge is square with an external set of grid lines. & 8209; If not, loosen the cartridge mounting screw and gently turn the cartridge until it becomes square. 3. Move the head/arm until the needle is just in the center of the inner bull's eye (radius 66.04 mm/2.6in) and rotate the protractor around the spindle as needed. Check that the cartridge is square with an internal set of gridlines. & 8209; If not, change it, (moving in and out of the cartridge along the shaft) until the cartridge is square. 4.
