The Baking Paper, 24 sheets of 31.75 x 40.64 cm is a kitchen parchment paper suitable for cooking both in the oven and in the microwave, as well as for wrapping food before storing it in the refrigerator. Unbleached, compostable, biodegradable and totally chlorine free (TCF) paper. It is silicone coated. Does not alter the flavor or properties of food. It does not need to be greased before use, it withstands temperatures up to 220ºC and is resistant to grease. If desired, it can be reused. Baking paper is coated with silicone, a non-toxic material derived from silica, an element present in sand, quartz, amethyst... Unlike other papers coated with chilon (a substance used in paper to make it waterproof and which contains chrome, a heavy metal), can be used safely, since once it is heated it does not release any substance that could be toxic. The box that contains it is made of recyclable cardboard and no toxic glues have been used for its manufacture. It is recommended to place a sheet on the tray or mold where you are going to cook and put the food on top. Store in a cool, dry place.
