Use a 5mm wrench to remove the mounting bolts from the front fork or frame. 2. Use pliers to straighten the retaining clip and pull it out from the other end. 3. Remove the old brake pad. 4. Insert the new brake pad into the caliper. 5. Reinstall the retaining clip into the caliper’s positioning hole and bend the long side as needed. 6. Use a 5mm wrench to secure the mounting bolts on the inner side of the fork or frame disc brake mount. Ensure the rotor is centered within the caliper.
