Place the stacking board on the cover plate. 2. Add the appropriate number of capsule caps. 3. Gently shake to allow the capsule mouths to settle into the openings of the plate. 4. Remove excess capsule caps. 5. Remove the retainer plate. 6. Position the center plate over the cover plate, facing upward. 7. Place the tray on the body plate. 8. Insert the correct number of capsule bodies and shake gently so that the capsule mouths align with the holes in the plate. 9. Remove any excess capsules and take off the tray. 10. Pour powder onto the body plate and use the scraper to spread it evenly back and forth. 11. Flip the combined middle and cover plates and place them over the body plate. 12. Press down firmly with both hands to seal the capsules. 13. Remove the cover plate. 14. Remove the middle plate; filled capsules will now be on the middle plate. 15. Gently tap the middle plate to release the filled capsules. 16. Collect the capsules into a container to complete the filling process.
