Product Description Due 2012 R3 ARM Mainboard This microcontroller board for Arduino Due is based on the Atmel SAM3X8E CPU. It is the first Arduino development board based on a 32-bit ARM core. It features 54 digital I/O ports (12 of which can be used for PWM output), 12 analog input ports, 4 hardware UART serial ports, an 84 MHz clock frequency, a USB OTG interface, two DACs (analog-to-digital converters), two TWIs (time interfaces), a power interface, an SPI interface, a JTAG interface, a reset button, and an erase button. The board includes all the components needed for control. You can start the controller simply by connecting it to a computer via USB, or by connecting it to a power outlet via an AC-DC adapter or batteries. The Arduino Due is compatible with Arduino expansion boards that operate at 3.3V and have a pinout conforming to the Arduino standard 1.0.
