[Cupped Heel Support] These supination and pronation heel wedge inserts are engineered to match the natural curvature of the human heel, featuring a scientifically designed slope. The medial and lateral heel insoles provide stable support, conform to the heel shape, offer secure fit, and help reduce foot fatigue from added height. [Adjustable Layers] These orthopedic supination and pronation correction heel wedges consist of multiple layers that can be used individually or combined to gradually increase lift height. The top layer measures 0.45 inches, while the additional thinner layers measure 0.2 inches each. Gradual height adjustment helps balance muscle strength, promote proper weight distribution during walking, engage underused muscles, and support improved body alignment and gait.
