Our teeth plaster model set is carefully formulated with model powder (hemihydrate calcium sulfate, kaolin) and plaster powder (sodium alginate, kaolin). It is designed as a preliminary model carrier for cosmetic dental decoration, facilitating precise matching in subsequent decoration steps and meeting relevant decoration requirements. Usage method: 1. Clean and dry your teeth. 2. Take 12 grams of model powder, add 30 ml of water with a measuring cup. Stir quickly with a spoon to avoid bubbles. Stir for 30 - 45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform without any lumps. 3. Spread the mixed powder evenly on the tray. The whole process from mixing to putting the material into the impression tray should be completed within 1 minute and 30 seconds. (Higher temperature leads to faster curing). 4. Gently pull the corner of your mouth with your left hand, and put the tray into your mouth with your right hand. Bite the tray for one minute and then take it out. When placing the tray on your teeth, use a vibrating motion to push the tray towards the tissue surface. Place the back part first, then the front part, and let the excess impression powder flow out from the front. The tray handle should be aligned with the labial frenulum. 5. After taking out the tray, wait for one hour for it to dry completely. Then, compare the impression with the inner wall of your mouth to check its clarity and integrity. There should be no bubbles, shedding, deformation or defects. The edges should extend appropriately, and the teeth, alveolar bone and frenulum grooves should be clear and complete. If any defects affecting the model quality are found, take the impression again. 6. Take 40 grams of plaster powder, add 14 ml of water with a measuring cup. Stir quickly with a spoon to avoid bubbles. Stir for 30 - 45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform without any lumps. Slowly pour the prepared plaster into the front tooth area and let it flow evenly to the back tooth area. Gently vibrate the tray when pouring to avoid bubbles. Wait for one hour for it to dry completely, then separate the plaster model from the tray. The model can clearly reproduce the details of the tooth shape, meeting the fitting requirements for subsequent dental decoration, and the finished product has a stable outline and is not prone to deviation.
