The device allows power to be delivered over 10/100/1000 networks through passive injectors and switches with CAT5e, CAT6 or CAT7 Ethernet network cables. Designed for use with Mode A and B passive injectors and passive PoE switches such as for Ubiquiti, Mikrotik and PoE-World The PoE power supply provides 12 to 56 VDC at a central location. Higher for DC voltage means up to 11 times less current, which is then carried through the cable with less loss. This PoE to 5 volt converter allows you to operate the Pi up to 328 feet or 100 meters from the power source. Connector pins are available for GPIO and serial use. There is space for a large heat sink, the output power is fully regulated and stable, and the noise is much lower than that of the Raspberry Pi. 12.5 to 15 watts of output power is more than enough for your application and higher than 802.3af. You can connect any HDMI-compatible or USB or RJ45 shield to power ground without any risk, mind you 300 mA will flow through that connection.
