Apply a disposable overlay to the tip of the irrigator. Place the water tank under your ear. Hold the device switch for 2s until the LEDs light up. Choose the appropriate mode and bring the irrigator closer to your ear. Press "M" to release or stop water jet. Move the device in circular motions to get better results.
