Practice placement: Gently place the tray over the upper gums and use suction to remove air between the tray and gums, ensuring full coverage of the teeth. Repeat twice for best results. Do the same for the lower tray. 2. Soften the tray: Fill a flat-bottomed container with water heated to 80–90°C. Submerge the tray for 5–7 seconds — do not exceed this time. The tray should be soft and pliable but not overly deformed when removed. 3. Seat the tray: Quickly and carefully position the softened tray onto the gums using suction. Press firmly with fingers along the gumline to ensure close adaptation. Use tongue pressure to help seat the inner surface. Work swiftly — the tray will cool rapidly. 4. Trim: After holding in place for 10–15 seconds, remove and rinse under cool water. Trim excess material along the gumline embossing using scissors, then cut off the handle. Care Instructions: 1. Avoid smoking to prevent discoloration. 2. Rinse mouth after meals to remove food particles and pigments. 3. Brush teeth at least twice daily — morning and evening. 4.
