It addresses common issues such as first-layer adhesion failure, warping, and difficult part removal, making it suitable for PLA (30–50°C) and PETG (50–70°C) printing. Strong First-Layer Adhesion Features a microporous polymer surface that promotes reliable adhesion at the molecular level. Helps prevent first-layer detachment—the leading cause of print failure—and reduces heated bed energy consumption by over 40% compared to standard heated beds. No Cooling Required, Easy Part Removal Includes a side handle for one-handed plate removal—no waiting for cooling after printing. The flexible spring steel construction allows gentle bending to release prints instantly without tools, and the plate returns to flat immediately for reuse. Dual-Sided Surface for Increased Uptime Two functional surfaces enable flip-and-use operation. Switch sides freely to minimize downtime, ideal for continuous printing or batch production of small parts. Note: Designed specifically for PLA and PETG only.
