For Flashforge AD5X 3D printer, this cool plate enhances printing efficiency with microporous polymer technology and a high-hardness spring steel structure. It addresses common issues such as first-layer adhesion failure, warping, and difficult part removal, making it suitable for PLA (30–50°C) and PETG (50–70°C) printing. Molecular-Level Strong Adhesion Features a microporous polymer surface that provides strong, consistent adhesion at the molecular level. Helps prevent first-layer detachment—the leading cause of print failure—and reduces heated bed energy consumption by over 40% compared to standard heated beds. No Cooling Required, Fast Part Removal Includes a side handle for easy, one-handed plate removal without waiting for cooling. The flexible spring steel plate enables quick part release: gently bend the plate to release prints without tools, then it instantly returns to flat for immediate reuse. Double-Sided Surface, Increased Productivity Offers two functional surfaces for flip-and-use operation. Switch between sides seamlessly to support continuous printing—ideal for 3D printing farms or batch production of small parts such as cup pads, toys, and tool handles.
