Rising Ballarat boys Gold Fields are excited to announce the release of their self-titled, debut EP. Gold Fields hit the ground running when "Treehouse" was plucked off Triple J Unearthed and instantly added to high rotation. Their accompanying live shows quickly gained them a word-of-mouth reputation for being a high-energy combo of pounding drums, rhythmic basslines and herky-jerky dancing. Within only a couple of months of forming, the band raced off to the UK to do showcase gigs with the Naked & Famous and others, as well as securing a release of "Treehouse" on tastemaker London label Young & Lost Club.
