Function and benefits - A lightning protection grounding component that collects static electricity from photovoltaic modules and carriers and directs it to the ground via grounding copper wires. This helps reduce static buildup and improves system safety. What’s included - Package: 4 x solar panel grounding clamps. - Includes ground terminals, screws, ground pieces, spacers and terminal blocks for complete assembly. Compatibility - Compatible with various aluminium photovoltaic guide rails (roof, floor, garage), as well as C beams, U beams and H beams. Easy to use - When assembled, the earth clamp is attached to the clamping point or the screw connection between the PV module and the mounting rail for straightforward grounding. Use scenarios - Rooftop residential installations with aluminium guide rails: install clamps at module mounting points to establish a direct grounding path. - Ground-mounted or carport systems: use with C/U/H beam configurations to maintain effective lightning protection. - Retrofit or maintenance: add or upgrade grounding connections on existing PV arrays to improve safety and compliance.
