Professional Self-Curing Orthodontic Bonding with Composite Resin

This professional orthodontic bonding kit is designed for the secure attachment of dental brackets and accessories. The self-curing composite resin system provides reliable, high-strength adhesion without the need for a curing light. It features a clinical bond shear strength of >17.2 MPa and sets completely within 5 minutes. The comprehensive kit includes all necessary components for the bonding procedure: a 3.5g paste syringe, a 2.5ml acid etch gel, a 3ml liquid primer, seven disposable brush heads, one needle tip applicator, and a mixing pen for easy application. For use: Begin by cleaning and drying the tooth enamel. Apply the acid etch gel for 50-60 seconds, rinse thoroughly, and dry until the surface achieves a chalky, frosty appearance. Next, apply a thin layer of the liquid primer to both the prepared tooth surface and the bracket base. Dispense the paste onto the bracket and position it accurately on the tooth within 20 seconds. Apply firm pressure for 5-10 seconds, carefully remove any excess material after 40-60 seconds, and allow the bond to cure fully for 5 minutes before proceeding with orthodontic adjustments. Store the kit in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 23°C (73°F). Do not freeze. The kit is supplied as new and is ready for clinical use.
