This motor speed controller features two original low internal resistance MOSFETs and a dedicated driver stage, delivering improved performance, greater stability, high-current handling, and high-frequency operation. It includes a start-stop button and supports external switch control to meet diverse application requirements. The controller allows users to set minimum and maximum output values, as well as operating frequency—enabling customization based on specific motor or LED characteristics. The minimum value setting prevents motor stall or LED failure to illuminate; the maximum value setting prevents excessive motor speed or LED over-brightness. Speed adjustment is performed via a digital encoder knob—offering higher precision, better consistency, and no drift compared to standard potentiometers—allowing accurate, repeatable speed selection. Adjustment step size is configurable from 0.1 to 25, supporting both fine, gradual tuning and rapid, coarse adjustments. Start and stop times can be set from 0.0 to 9.9 seconds, enabling soft-start functionality that eliminates inrush current, protects the motor, and extends its service life.
