A lead restraining hook and mounting plate that can be securely attached to any suitable surface. Provides a secure and simple way to tether a dog. Easy to install and use, with no maintenance required. Ideal for veterinary practices, kennels, or grooming facilities, this unit can be easily fitted in receptions, waiting rooms, wards, prep rooms, exercise areas, and consulting rooms. The design allows the hand loop of a lead to be placed over the hook and secured by the cross piece, eliminating the need to remove the dog from the lead during attachment, enabling single-handed operation. In reception or waiting areas, it allows pet owners to safely secure their dogs while handling payments or inquiries, especially helpful when managing excitable animals. All metal components are constructed from stainless steel. The mounting plate is made from durable and impact-resistant ABS plastic.
