[Dual Interface Bridge] NFC (wireless) + (wired) dual communication interfaces allow your device to interact wirelessly and be controlled via wired commands. [Contactless Power Supply] By harvesting energy from the NFC reader's field, the chip can operate even when your device's main power is off, achieving true "zero-power" standby interaction. [16Kbit Large Capacity] Provides 16Kbit (2KB) of EEPROM user storage space, divided into four areas, for storing a wealth of information such as URLs, configuration parameters, and log data. [Configurable Security] Supports four password-protected areas (4KB each) with configurable read/write permissions to data security. [High-Speed Transmission] Supports the NFC Forum Type 5 tag standard, achieving communication speeds of up to 53kbit/s, significantly faster than traditional tags. Core chip: ST25DV16K protocol: ISO/IEC 15693, NFC Forum Type 5 Tag Operating frequency: 13.56 MHz User memory: 16 Kbit (2 KB) EEPROM Data retention: 200 years Erase/write endurance: 1,000,000 cycles Interface type: (slave mode, up to 1 MHz) + (wireless) address: 0x53 (7-bit address) Operating voltage: 1.8V - 5.5V (wide voltage range, compatible with 3.3V and 5V systems) Energy harvesting output: Provided on the V_OUT pin (up to 3V) Color:Black Material:PCB Package Contents: 1 * Pin header Only the above package content, other products are not included.
