MIXING BOWL REDUCER FOR THERMOMIX – This accessory enables more consistent processing of hard ingredients such as chocolate, Parmesan cheese, onions, powdered sugar, grains, and firm vegetables. It also supports controlled emulsification of liquids in the Thermomix bowl. REDUCES DISPERSION – The reducer helps guide ingredients toward the blades for more uniform processing and minimizes ingredient bounce, reducing airborne particles when processing dry ingredients like powdered sugar. KEEPS LID CLEAN – The mixing bowl reducer simplifies mixing tasks and helps keep the bowl lid clean during operation, often eliminating the need to wash the lid between uses. The reducer is dishwasher safe. FOR GENERAL MIXING – Add ingredients up to the 1-liter fill line in the mixing bowl. Insert the reducer, aligning its tabs with the corresponding slots inside the bowl. Secure the bowl lid and measuring cup, then operate the Thermomix. FOR EMULSIFICATION – Insert the reducer, aligning its tabs with the corresponding slots inside the bowl. Secure the bowl lid and measuring cup, then operate the Thermomix. Add liquids through the opening in the lid.
