Bend your arm and lift the edge with your fingers, then press the sleeve to release air. This creates a tight seal that prevents water from entering. User Compatibility: Designed to fit most adults with a weight range of 45-64 kg, upper arm circumference of 19-23 cm, and lower arm circumference of 16-19 cm. Easy to Wear: The high-elastic opening allows for easy and pain-free application. The cover will not stick to the arm during use and helps keep plaster casts or wound dressings dry while maintaining normal arm circulation.
