How to Use: 1. Practice placement: Gently place the tray over the upper gums and use suction to remove air between the tray and gums, ensuring full coverage of the teeth. Repeat twice. Repeat the same process for the lower tray. 2. Soften the tray: Fill a flat-bottomed container with water at 80–90°C. Submerge the tray for 5–7 seconds, ensuring the handle remains above water. Remove promptly — the tray should be soft and pliable but not overly distorted. 3. Seat the tray: Quickly position the softened tray onto the gums using suction, then gently press with fingers to conform to teeth and gum contours. Use tongue pressure to assist internal seating. Avoid biting down forcefully — the tray may be warm but is safe for oral use. 4. Trim the tray: After holding in place for 10–15 seconds, remove and rinse with cool water. Trim excess material along the gumline (visible embossed line), then cut off the handle. Care Instructions: 1. Avoid smoking to prevent surface discoloration. 2. Rinse mouth after meals to reduce bacteria and staining agents. 3. Brush teeth at least twice daily — morning and evening. 4.
